BOOKKEEPER: Town of Chebeague Island, Maine - Maine; Accounting / Finance; The Town of Chebeague Island, Maine, is looking for a Bookkeeper, for 8-16 hours per week. The hours will vary with weekly, monthly and end-of-year duties. The Bookkeeper will work independently on most work products, but will be expected to closely collaborate with both the municipal Treasurer and Town Clerk. Duties include, but are not limited to, monthly check reconciliation, Accounts Payable processing, and audit preparation. The Town of Chebeague Island uses TRIO software to maintain its accounting system, and work with this software as well as other accounting tools will be commonplace. (see more)
